Wuback Risk Disclosure — v2.0.1 (29 Oct 2026)
1. Trading risk. Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and crypto derivatives are leveraged products with a high risk of rapid loss. A majority of retail accounts lose money. You can lose more than you expect, and — depending on your Broker's terms — potentially more than you deposit.
2. Rebates do not remove risk. A rebate is a partial return of trading costs. It does not offset trading losses, does not improve the probability of profitable trading, and must never be a reason to trade more or with more leverage than you otherwise would.
3. No advice. Wuback does not provide investment advice, signals, or recommendations. Broker listings, ranges and comparisons on the Site are commercial information about our IB relationships, not an endorsement of any Broker's suitability for you.
4. Broker risk. Your funds are held by your Broker, not by Wuback. Broker insolvency, withdrawal restrictions, requotes, rate changes or account closure are risks between you and the Broker. Rebates depend on the Broker actually paying commission to Wuback (see Rebate Program Terms 3.2).
5. Crypto payout risk. USDT payouts occur on public blockchains. Network delays, congestion, address errors, or unsupported networks can delay or permanently lose transfers. Stablecoins carry issuer and de-peg risk.
6. Regulatory risk. The legal treatment of offshore brokers, rebates and crypto assets varies by country and changes over time. You are responsible for the legality and tax treatment of your trading and rebates in your jurisdiction.
7. Figures are illustrative. Per-lot/per-spread figures are derived from Broker contract rates and may change with Broker terms. The only commitment is the published percentage ladder applied to commission actually received.
Payment channel risk. Rebates are paid through third-party crypto payment and custody providers. Failure, suspension or insolvency of such a provider, or of a Broker, may delay or prevent payment of Rebates that would otherwise be due. Wuback does not guarantee Rebates from its own capital.
Risks specific to being paid in USDT
The issuer can freeze your address. USDT is issued by a third party with the technical ability to freeze or blacklist addresses and burn tokens, without a court order and without notice. This has been applied to tens of thousands of addresses. If it happens to your address, the funds are gone and Wuback cannot re-send them.
Sending is final. A blockchain transfer cannot be recalled. A wrong address, a wrong network, or an address you have lost the key to means the money is lost.
The value of USDT is not guaranteed. It is intended to track the US dollar but is not a bank deposit, is not insured, and has traded away from one dollar in the past.
Holding or receiving crypto may not be lawful where you live, and the law changes quickly. Checking that is your responsibility, not ours.
Rebates depend on a third party paying us. A Rebate exists only to the extent a Broker actually pays the commission it relates to. If a Broker delays, disputes, claws back, or fails, the Rebate is affected in the same way. We do not pay it out of our own capital.
The Program can change or end. The percentage ladder, thresholds, payout schedule and available networks may change prospectively on notice, and the Program may be wound down under Program Terms §6.3.
