Wuback Rebate Program Terms — v2.0.1 (29 Oct 2026)
These Program Terms form part of, and are governed by, the Wuback Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given there.
1. The Program
1.1 Wuback receives introducing-broker ("IB") commission from partner brokers and exchanges ("Brokers") for accounts linked to Wuback, and shares a percentage of the commission it actually receives with the linked user ("Rebate").
1.2 The commitment is a percentage of received commission. Any per-lot, per-spread or per-fee figures shown on the Site are illustrations derived from Broker contract rates and are for reference only; they are not a promise of a specific dollar amount.
2. Tier Ladder
2.1 Rebate percentage is determined by the user's Weekly Volume: the total commission (in USD) that Wuback receives from all of the user's linked accounts across all Brokers for a given Week.
| Tier | Weekly Volume (USD received by Wuback) | Rebate share |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | under $200 | 60% |
| Active | $200 – $599.99 | 70% |
| Pro | $600 – $1,999.99 | 80% |
| Whale | $2,000 and above | 90% |
2.2 Rate set weekly, forward-only. The tier earned by this Week's Volume applies to the following Week. Tier upgrades take effect the following Monday.
2.3 Two-strike downgrade. A user only moves down after two consecutive Weeks in which Weekly Volume is below the threshold of the tier currently held (a Week with no trading counts as a miss). After the second consecutive miss, the tier resets to the tier corresponding to the most recent Week's Volume.
2.4 First Week. A new user's first Week is rated at the Starter tier; that Week's Volume sets the tier for the following Week under the normal rules.
2.5 Week definition. A "Week" is Monday through Sunday as reported by the relevant Broker's server time and reporting. Broker reports are the sole source of record for volume, commission and timing; Wuback does not maintain a separate clock.
2.6 Changes to the ladder or thresholds are prospective only: they apply to future Weeks, will be announced at least 7 days in advance, and never re-price a Week already completed.
3. Payouts
3.1 Schedule. Rebates for a completed Week are paid every Tuesday in USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) to the user's registered payout wallet. Additional networks may be added; adding one is a favourable change under Terms of Service §10.3.
3.2 Condition of receipt. Each payout is conditional on Wuback having actually received the corresponding commission from the Broker. If a Broker has not settled a Week's commission by the payout run, the affected Rebates are carried to the next payout cycle following receipt. Wuback will show the affected amounts as "awaiting broker settlement" in the user dashboard.
3.3 Force majeure. Payout timing may be extended where settlement or transfer is prevented by events outside Wuback's reasonable control (including Broker default or delay, blockchain network outage or congestion, sanctions or regulatory action, banking or exchange failures). Wuback will pay affected Rebates as soon as reasonably practicable after the impediment ends and will communicate status on the Site.
3.4 Minimum payout. The minimum payout is 5 USDT. Any accrued balance of 5 USDT or more is paid automatically in the next Tuesday run; smaller balances roll into the next Week until they reach 5 USDT. Payouts are made automatically on this fixed schedule; there is no on-demand withdrawal.
3.5 Network fee. The blockchain network fee for each payout is paid by Wuback and is not deducted from you. The fee listed for the BEP20 network is currently $0.00. We keep a published fee schedule and may list a fee in future; any such change is an adverse change and follows Terms of Service §10.2. The actual network fee of each payout, as reported by the blockchain, is shown on the payout receipt next to the gross and net amounts, marked as paid by Wuback.
3.6 No custody. Wuback does not hold client trading funds and does not operate wallets or balances on behalf of users. Amounts shown before payout are accounting entries of Rebates accrued, not deposits, not stored value, and not transferable or redeemable with any third party.
3.7 Receipts. A final receipt (including the on-chain transaction hash and network fee) is issued after the payout transaction is confirmed on-chain. Estimates shown before confirmation are not receipts.
3.8 Nature of Rebates — derivative entitlement, not a debt.
(a) A Rebate arises only if, only when, and only to the extent that Wuback has actually received the corresponding commission from the Broker and is able to transmit it through an available payout channel.
(b) Rebates are not a deposit, loan, credit balance, or debt owed by Wuback, and Wuback does not guarantee payment out of its own capital where commission is not received or where transmission is prevented.
(c) Accrued Rebates do not bear interest and are not payable on demand.
(d) Where commission is not received from a Broker, or is received but cannot be transmitted because of a third-party payment or custody failure, the corresponding Rebate does not become an obligation of Wuback; Wuback will pursue recovery on a commercially reasonable basis and report status on the user's dashboard.
3.9 Payout channel risk.
(a) Rebates are transmitted through third-party payment and custody providers. Wuback selects providers with reasonable care but does not control them and does not underwrite their solvency, security or continuity.
(b) Wuback funds payout channels only per payout cycle and does not maintain user-attributable balances with any provider.
(c) If a provider suspends, freezes, or fails, affected Rebates are treated under clause 3.8(d) and Wuback will migrate to an alternative channel as soon as reasonably practicable.
3.10 Support actions on payouts. Support may pause a payout cycle or freeze an account at the user's request or on suspicion of compromise. Support cannot accelerate payouts, shorten security windows, or change payout wallets on a user's behalf.
4. Payout wallet
4.1 Users must register a payout wallet address and network. Wallet changes require verification and are locked during the 48 hours before each Tuesday payout run; a change made inside the lock window takes effect for the following cycle.
4.2 Wuback is not responsible for transfers sent to the address and network registered by the user. Sending to an address the user no longer controls, or selecting an unsupported network, may result in irrecoverable loss.
4.3 The address must be yours and you must control it. By registering an address you represent that it belongs to you, that you hold its private key, and that it is not a deposit address at a third party that attributes deposits to someone else. Registering an address you do not control is a breach of Terms of Service §5.1.
4.4 Screening before every payout. Each payout address is screened against sanctions designations before the payout run. An address that matches, or that we reasonably believe is subject to a freeze, blacklist or law-enforcement action, is excluded from the run. The corresponding Rebate is not lost: it remains accrued and is paid once a clean address is registered, unless payment is prohibited by law.
4.5 Issuer freeze and blacklist risk. USDT is issued by a third party that can freeze or blacklist addresses and tokens without a court order and without notice. If an address you register is frozen or blacklisted — before, during or after a payout — the resulting loss is yours, and Wuback has no obligation to re-send. This is a risk of the payment method, not a service we underwrite.
5. Eligibility and conduct
5.1 The Program is not available to residents of jurisdictions where such programs are restricted or where Wuback chooses not to operate (see Terms of Service — Restricted Jurisdictions).
5.2 Commission excluded, cancelled, or clawed back by a Broker (for any reason, including the Broker's own trading-conditions rules) is automatically reflected in Weekly Volume and Rebates, because Rebates are calculated only on amounts Wuback actually receives.
5.3 Wuback may correct computational errors, and may withhold or reverse Rebates attributable to fraud, self-dealing between linked accounts designed to manufacture commission, or breach of a Broker's terms. Corrections will be itemised on the user's dashboard.
5.4 Abuse. The following do not generate Rebates, and Rebates already credited in respect of them may be reversed: multiple accounts held by one person; linking an account you do not own; matched, mirrored, wash or latency-arbitrage trading; trading whose purpose is to generate commission rather than to take market risk; and any arrangement a Broker treats as abusive under its own terms.
5.5 Limit of the "never forfeited" commitment. Accrued Rebates are not forfeited for inactivity, for closing your account, or for moving to another provider. That commitment does not extend to amounts arising from conduct under §5.3 or §5.4, from commission a Broker has reversed, or to payments that law prohibits us from making.
5.6 Records. The payout receipt, together with the dashboard ledger, is the record of what was owed and what was paid. Where our records and a third party's differ, ours prevail unless you show ours to be wrong.
6. Changes and termination
6.1 Adverse changes to these Program Terms — those that reduce your entitlement or increase your obligations, such as lowering a Rebate share, raising a threshold, or listing a network fee where none was listed — require at least 7 days' notice and renewed acceptance at next login. Neutral or favourable changes — such as removing or reducing a fee, raising a share, or adding a payout network — take effect on publication, with notice given at or before that time. See Terms of Service §10.
6.2 On termination of a user's participation, accrued Rebates for completed Weeks that meet clause 3.2 will be paid in the normal cycle.
6.3 Wind-down. If Wuback ceases to operate the Program, it will (i) stop accepting new links, (ii) pay Rebates for completed Weeks in respect of commission actually received, subject to clauses 3.2, 3.8 and 3.9, and (iii) publish a final settlement notice. No further entitlement accrues after the announced cessation date.
6.4 Account inactivity. Accounts inactive for 6 months receive a reminder; 12 months, a dormancy notice; 24 months, login is deactivated. Deactivation does not extinguish accrued Rebates — re-verifying the account email restores access and accrued balances. Users do not self-delete accounts; data-erasure requests are handled through support, subject to mandatory retention.
6.5 No interest, no assignment. Accrued Rebates do not bear interest. You may not assign, pledge, or otherwise deal with a claim to a Rebate, and a purported assignment is void.
6.6 Taxes. Rebates are paid gross. Determining, reporting and paying any tax on them is yours alone. See Terms of Service §12.
